Jazz Shoppe Giveaway

Remember my post about a giveaway from my sponsor Jazz Shoppe? Today is the day! If you haven’t seen the skirtings that I’ve been raving about, read Why we love Jazz Shoppe.

I will be sponsoring one winner with Php300 worth of items from Jazz Shoppe. I will send payment to Mommy Glen and you choose your items. You can choose from her on-hand items but any amount over Php300 will be shouldered by the winner.

Mommy Glen of Jazz Shoppe will be giving away these items: (I will shoulder shipping)

• 1 winner of Php500 worth of Jazz Shoppe’s on-hand items (updated 11/18)
• 1 winner of 1 skirt leggings (or skirtings as I like to call them)
• 2 winners of 1 pair of leg warmers each

There will be a total of 5 winners. If you win the skirt leggings and choose to waive the item (if you have a son and you have no baby girl to gift it to on Christmas), I will gladly raffle them again with your permission.

I was just made aware by some entrants that when using Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, the Google Friend Connect Widget and Follow button do not show, thereby preventing them to submit the Mandatory Entry. I checked with both browsers and yes, the GFC widget and other widgets are missing, as well as the layout of the blog is broken down. Please use Mozilla Firefox to see all widgets and the proper layout of the blog. I apologize but I am still looking for a workaround regarding viewing my blog in Chrome and in IE. Thank you very much!

Guidelines:

• Giveaway is ideally for residents of the Philippines, but if you are currently not residing here, you can still join as long as you have a relative who can accept the item/s in the Philippines.
• Winners will be announced within 1 week after contest deadline.
• Winners will be chosen either through Random.org or if the comments section messes up, manual drawing of stubs by my little girl with video.
  
• Winners will be contacted via email on the winning post and will have 72 hours to respond after email is sent, otherwise a new winner will be generated.
  
• Contest ends on November 20th, 2010, 11:59pm Philippine time (GMT +8).
• A person can only win once. Watch for announcement before contest ends.
  
• I reserve the right to add more winners/prizes, combine prizes or modify the rules even if the contest is already ongoing (just to keep it fair).
• For Facebook status messages, the post MUST appear on My Tots Exactly! ‘s wall AND Jazz Shoppe’s wall so make sure your settings are set to Everyone.
