As stated above, you can follow a blog through Google Friend Connect or GFC, or add a Google Page to your Google+ circles. A Google Friend Connect widget looks like the image below and you can follow using a blogger account, twitter or Yahoo!
For Google pages, you would need to log in to your Google+ account and add the page to your Circles. Please note the red arrows in the image below. The arrow on the left for +1 is not mandatory but we sure will appreciate if you hit that too.
A note: You can only join this on one blog/page. There will be a maximum of 28 entries ONLY. If you have more than 28, I reserve the right to delete duplicate or fraudulent entries. May I request that you use only one name and email address for quicker validation of entries.

I refreshed it like 4-5 times then it appeared on the right side. It loads very slowly was using chrome.
